The Gathering Room is the newest addition at HeartRock and we are in love with it! This space is great for a wedding couple preparation suite, family game room, casual conference space, fitness space, or catering prep site; the ideas are endless.  We hope you will find as much joy in this new room as we have.

Indoor Space

Seating - A spacious top quality sectional sofa big enough for napping or supportive enough to sit upright for a casual business meeting. It can seat up to 6-8 guests. There are additional floor cushions and leather folding chairs for a nice gathering circle.

Eating - If you are looking for that extra long table that can seat a nice sit down dinner, our innovative Transformer Table can seat comfortably 2-14 or for a tighter squeeze up to 16 guests.  You will find supplies for 16 and tableware tucked in the cabinets ready for you to use.   

Bathroom - We have one bathroom which is ADA approved located in the same building as the Gathering Room.

Accessories - Wall hooks to hold formal wear, 8 foot full length mirror, reading lamps, small bar fridge, an amenity basket, as well as a coffee and tea station.
