Welcome to HeartRock! Located in Nelson County, Virginia, our fifteen acre homestead offers both rustic charm and modern comfort. We’ve got fields of edible, medicinal, and floral gardens tucked into an oak forest, alongside comfortable and inspired lodging. Between the Main House, Guest House, and Tree House, we offer sleeping space for fifteen guests, along with reading nooks, hammocks, porch swings, a fire pit and poor man’s hot tub, and many other outdoor gathering spaces.

Easy access to the Rockfish River, George Washington National Forest, the vineyards and breweries of Nelson County, Wintergreen Resort, and the cities of Charlottesville and Lynchburg provide abundant options for family getaway entertainment. “Our stay at Kim's main house could not have been better! The property itself is beautiful Kim and Greg maintain the most beautiful garden and guests are welcome to walk around the grounds. The house is incredibly well decorated and very comfortable for our group of 6. The location of the house could not be better either. Everything that we wanted to see and do around VA was about 30-minutes from the house and the roads there and back are simply gorgeous.
